In a negotiation, each party tries to convince the other to agree with their point of view. Through the negotiations, all parties try to avoid quarrels, but agree on some kind of compromise. What is the best way to communicate the needs of the parties concerned in order to secure their agreements through negotiation? What is the most effective way to communicate the desired results and needs? How can the parties be sure of being heard? Even the best negotiators are struggling to make things work. After all, the process requires a little giving and receiving.

Perhaps a party will not give in and will not give in. There may be other problems that lead to the termination of the negotiation process, including lack of communication, a certain sense of anxiety, and even a lack of trust between the parties.
